We stayed for 9 nights, enjoyed our stay. Room is big and comfortable for the 4 of us. Location is between Disney and Universal, across is the premium outlet. Breakfast is nice and the staffs are lovely…

All was good except no shops close to the location.
The shuttle to Disney comes at 9:35 am and Universal at 9:40 am. Very convienent.

Firstly the Hotel DOES NOT HAVE free parking. Its 27$/night additional.
Secondly there is no such thing as room service. They will come and just hand you new towels. Will not clean your room or washrooms. They will never pickup help desk phone if you want to call or ask anything.

Housekeeping services are terrible for example, bins are not cleared in the rooms and common areas, towels don’t get refreshed frequently, overall hygiene is below satisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially if you are planning to stay for a longer duration.
