I was very disappointed with the dirtiness in the hallways, garbage cans were overflowing with trash, carpets with dirty spots everywhere, scratched wall, broken elevator, carpets with over wear and tear areas. Unfortunately I assumed that the name Hyatt was synonymous of luxury, but I can tell they have many levels and a Hyatt Place is one of the lowest.

I stayed at this Hotel with my two Adult daughters for one night on December 11, 2025. Our stay was comfortable. We got a twin bed room and it was spacious.
The Staff were friendly and approachable.
Breakfast was basic but okay.
After we checked out the next day, got help with storing our luggages while we explored the location before we leave for our next destination.
The only thing downside here is that there were no Bell Boys to assist with the Luggages.

We booked and paid in full through agoda. When we arrived we were told the payment didnt go through and we had to pay in full again. We paid the hotel then checked thr bank and realised the payment did go through and we were charged twice. Spoke to reception who said they will refund me the second payment within 5 days. Then double checked the next day to confirm it was sorted and they said it would be refunded. After 10 days no refund received. I called the hotel and the girl was going to check and hung up on me. I called back multiple times over the next few days and would be put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone or they just wouldn't answer. I ended up having to call the hyatt manager because I couldn't contact the hotel. The refund had not been issued like I was promised and the manager had to do it that day for me.
The carpet under the window was always soaking wet.
The breakfast was basic but good. The shuttle was easy to organise to take us to epcot although it doesnt run at convenient times so by the time we got to magic kingdom it was 11am.
We booked 2 queen beds with a sofa bed however the sofa bed was not made up so the kids had to share a bed.
I do not recommend this hotel due to the lack of customer service and empty promises.

Took a lot of cheap routes. Def the most unclean Hyatt I’ve been too. Holy cow the elevator is literally worst than tower of terror. Also the pool had way too many dirties. Unfortunately would not recommend.
