The front entrance building and landscaping is beautiful.
Appreciate a designated “pet area”.

Beds were comfortable.
The spa products were nice. Overall, the building itself is impressive!
Front desk staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful.
I felt that the overall room itself and hallway carpet could use some updating. Hallway rugs looked dirty.
The room I was assigned to was for pets. Unfortunately, I was at the total opposite end of where the elevator location was.
There was only one functioning guest elevator! Every person I encountered was complaining about it.
I had dinner to go from Portico’s. The dinner was good, but for a $100+, I found the food in small boxes…really?? Maybe look at something like a different packaging upgrade that the utensils don’t slice through.
I wish the spa had later hours for guests staying one night. You check in after 4pm, so there’s only limited time until closing. I did buy some products from there that were nice.

The room was so comfortable. My husband enjoyed the casino. All the staff were helpful and efficient. The landscaping was beautiful.

The rooms were clean, the showers were amazing, the restaurant and cafe had really good food but very pricey. The bell hop was extremely nice and kind to us and observant.
The rooms were nice, but the beds were unreasonably high - we had older people with us and saw many older people staying there - don't know how they intend to have people having to climb onto the beds. The mattress could use a refresher, they were too soft. The cafe served very good food but it was extremely expensive. The staff at the casino was not very friendly and downright mean in some instances we encountered.
