    The day time manager Tery is doing her best. She made sure we had a shower chair and helped me get out luggage out. A young guy with a cleaning cart was also helpful. The young night manager was just plain rude. A sign on my bathroom said put used towels on the floor to be replaced. When we found them there the next evening a trash not rent, her reply was “ you have to request a housekeeping/ cleaning, so we did. To no avail the next day. The place badly needs paint and upgraded furnishings. But our room was clean, the bathroom new with a walk in shower, and we got to a great visitor center in Geneva for a great Finger. lakes experience. There’s new management at the Gould, and real potential for charm. It’s not even close now. At least with Agoda we got a great rate.

    Had a slight problem with noise and was moved to a different room. Management was very accommodating.

    Room was not cleaned, sheets were not changed, dirty towels in bathroom. Desk clerk was able to retrieve for us some soap. No restaurant, mediocre continental breakfast.
