It was clean and good breakfast selection.

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant suggestions they gave were excellent. We were very pleased. People in the breakfast room were very pleasant and we were greeting nicely by staff in the halls. The air conditioning was great and not too loud. The pool looked inviting.
The height of the sink vanity is disgusting for someone 4'9". Update to chair height toilets. The mattress needs updating. We tended to move to the middle.

The bed was comfortable.
The AC Unit made a terrible rattle. No available rooms to transfer to. No repair option. No compensation or response from management. Breakfast was abysmal. Food was running out. Not enough staff to keep it stocked. Walls were very thin. Friendly front desk clerks.
