Simply amazing!

The bed was a little squeeky but not enough for me to give less than a 10.

Loved it peaceful beautiful view and definitely would book another stay!

The locations was amazing the view and having everything right down the road.

The neighbor next door was not so welcome to us staying. He was very nosy while we were on the back porch. Would be the only problem I had during the first day of our stay.

Pricey with some discomforts, but oh that view!

1. Right on the ocean with a beautiful sunset view! No need to leave the place to find an oceanside getaway. 2. The place was fairly clean and they ensured that the kitchen was free of any meat products since we are vegan. 3. The staff were responsive to our questions. 4. They also had extra blankets, towels, kitchen utensils, accessories to make it feel like home if you felt like cooking. 5. Just two minutes drive to the Mendocino Botanical Gardens! And very close to the main street/downtown area.

1. The hot tub lock situation was hard to manage. But we messaged the staff and they said they'd address it. 2. The bathroom could've used an air freshener during our stay. 3. The mattress was way too soft and sunk in in the middle. I slept on the couch 2 of the 3 nights to prevent back pain. So that part was super not worth the money. 4. The water pressure was super low and the shower was quite small. Hard get a comfy relaxing shower after a long road trip. :( 5. The previous inhabitants must have smoked on the outside lounge chairs. The chair and it's cushion smelled like cigarettes.

It was an exceptional stay loved everything about it

A stunning private property on the ocean. Deer, birds, jack rabbit, great blue heron, osprey. Quiet, private, gem.

the door stuck when opening and closing

We enjoyed our stay, but the light out back made it very dangerous to enjoy jacuzzi. Great view!

Great view and location, however lights outback, did not work week fluttered and would go off. Toilet got backed up and beeping noise from heater for 3 days before we figured out where it was coming from. Heater never got to temp it was set at. Not enough towels for hot tub use and robes would have been a nice touch. Easy to get into unit and Vacasa resolved all issues quickly. We enjoyed our stay, but those few things put a damper on things.

Already mentioned above, lighting outside back , toilet issues, heater issues and not enough towels for hot tub, they barely had time to fry in between use.

An incredible northern California getaway with a million dollar view.

The view is unbelievable. We noticed right away that the windows had all been cleaned for us so that our wraparound view wasn't hindered by sea-sprayed windows. We spend all of our time in the hot tub, which was also immaculate. Will definitely rent the Marbello again!
