Very nice stay in Groveland in a spacious and well-equipped house.

- Great location (45 minutes to Yosemite) - Very spacious - Very quiet - Kitchen well equipped - Nice outdoor patio

- AC wasn’t turned on when we arrived; it had 91 degrees in the house and didn’t down until late at night. - Outdated appliances - Stained carpet - Poorly insulated windows; some windows didn’t open - Stove and oven weren’t properly cleaned

Basic accommodation. Outdated. Needs sprucing, especially the carpet. Good location 4 Yosemite.

Air conditioning and wifi worked fine Beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were clean Great view from the deck AC and wifi worked great They give you access to the garage which we didn’t use, but was nice.

Carpet was really stained. It had been yacuumed but it is stained throughout the house. Very unappealing. Definitely needs replacement. Floors creek when you walk, especially in the hallway between the bedrooms. Should be repaired when they replace the carpet Furnishings, appliances, bathrooms, outdated & just the basics. No hair dryer. No screen on the sliding glass door, furniture dated but acceptable. Many of the old electrical outlets could not hold a phone charging brick. You would have to prop something up against the brick to allow devices to charge. Bring your own soap. The canisters in both showers are empty Dishwasher was full on arrival so we had to put away the dishes. In their defense, we asked if early check in was available, but didn't hear until 4 hours before, so we couldn't act upon. Only one dishwasher pellet for a 3 night stay. Sparse. Instructions said optional to start a load at checkout which were would have been happy to do, but no laundry soap present. There was one limited set of instructions in the house. Lights were not labeled. No instructions on how to use the awning. One small sheet w/check out instructions was included. I’m used to rentals with instructions and things are labeled, and suggestions on things to do in the area. Not a huge deal, but it just felt like the bare minimum was done. Window in the bunk bed room was broken. There was a handwritten note that maintenance needs to come. The master bath seemed newer, but the other bathroom was not great. Molding is peeling away and has mold. Shower curtain rod all rusty. Pretty yucky Oven was gas, which I prefer, but it’s a very old unit and difficult to control the level of heat.

Great location, the inside needs some work.

Great location, great deck for stargazing, nice sized property, no neighbors Behind the home so it was nice and quiet. Nice large table for gathering and playing cards. Plenty of parking space.

Very old decor, kitchen pots and pans need replacing they are greasy and Teflon which isn’t good the couches are old couches and the recliner couch is broken, ceiling fan in bunk bed room is not working properly. Very squeaky floors, air conditioner was not cooling and after looking it was because the filter was plugged up with dirt, we had to vacuum the grille and take out the filter. There was dust all over the tv console and the glass table outside, the table cloth has stains and some crumbs on it. For the cost we paid for the cleaning fee, I expect to see none of these issues. The place needs renovations but we still enjoyed ourselves. The cost to go through the gate should be included in the rental but it’s an extra out of pocket expense. With some updates this place could be amazing, it just needs to be brought up to date.

If you can get in to stay, it is beautiful and comfortable.

Great location fairly close to Yosemite national park. Pine Mountain Lake is a quiet area in Groveland with a few restaurants 5 to 10 minutes away. The home we rented was older but comfortable and clean.

If you happen to choose a property in Pine Mountain Lake run by vacasa make sure they call ahead with a pin #, the owner's last name, the address and the arrival and departure dates. We were turned away by the security guard at the gate because we were not on the list to get into the resort. Not his fault, he was just doing his job. We called vacasa and the first support person had no idea how to fix it. We waited for about 30min before calling back. I informed this new person what was needed (I found it on the pinevalley by the security guard to get us past the gate. Once she called and provided this information the security guard finally let us in. We wasted about an hour...this should have and could have been done prior to our arrival. There is also a $38 parking fee they ask you to pay at the gate. This was not mentioned in anything we read when researching the property, just something to be aware of.

Es una casa maravillosa, super amplia y cómoda, tiene de todo y está relativamente cerca para ir a Yosemite Es ideal para ir en grupo ya que hay mucho espacio.

Que hay que pagar una tasa de 45 dólares para acceder a la urbanización donde está la casa, pero bueno ya lo sabíamos

Bellissima casa. Vorrei tornarci adesso.

La casa era spettacolare. Tipica casa americana in mezzo alla foresta dello Yosemite. Molto Molto bello. Il patio sospeso, bellissimo, perfetto per una grigliata o bere una bella bottiglia di vino guardando il cielo pieno di stelle. Il silenzio tombale. La casa molto grande e capiente con tutto a disposizione. 2 bagni. Garage. Lavatrice, asciugatrice ecc...

La tassa di 44 dollari la indicherei nell'annuncio. E magari avrei preferito aver del caffe' o qualcosa di semplice per la colazione.
