The Woodsy Hideaway is located in the private gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California, offering accommodations for 8 people. On the main floor, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, with queen beds and a full bathroom with double sinks. The Upstairs boasts a large bedroom (1 queen & 2 twin beds), en-suite bathroom, a spacious kid-friendly loft equipped with a TV, DVD player & movies, ideal for board games, and puzzles. Free WiFi included.
Enjoy the expansive views of the Sierra Nevada mountain landscape on the large deck along with a view of Pine Mountain Lake in the distance. Groveland is a historic mining town, and also home to a great downtown that includes a park, library, museum, shops, restaurants and the Iron Door Saloon. Which is said to be California's oldest continuously operating saloon. Nearby attractions include Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows, Hetch Hetchy, Mariposa Grove, Lake Don Pedro, Mercer Caverns, Columbia State Park and the historic areas of Sonora & Jamestown. You can reach many of the historical landmarks within 45 to 90 minutes.
