We absolutely loved our stay at Boardwalk D4! The location was fabulous—just steps from the beach and right on the bayside, which gave us the best of both worlds. We spent time hanging out in the bay, walking on the pier, and taking some truly beautiful pictures. The condo itself was spotless and very comfortable. It has two bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a sofa bed, and a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals in. The décor was charming and made it feel like a true beach getaway. One of the highlights was the beach shed stocked with plenty of items, including kayaks, which our kids (ages 15 and 16) had a blast using. It was myself, a friend, my daughter, and a couple of her friends, and we all had more than enough space. We also love visiting Fort Pickens, and the condo’s location made it incredibly convenient—it’s just right down the road. It is also right down the street from the boardwalk with all the shopping & restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

There isn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property.

Not enough cooking utensils, they don’t leave seasoning or anything provided by previous guests, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and one of them was broken so my son had to sleep on the FLOOR, not enough towels were provided( 8 towels for 6 people), there were NO BEACH TOWELS provided, all the umbrellas and fishing poles were broken, the mattress pads for the couch beds looked like they had been peed on, there was ONE dish towel and zero dish cloths, no paper towels, and the hammock collapsed on the deck with my daughter in it. I won’t stay in this particular place ever again. Not impressed by host AT ALL. Loved the location. That’s it.
