Location, seconds from beach. Easy parking. Comfortable. Fireplace ( gas) felt great on cool nights. Upstairs was quiet when people were talking downstairs and visa versa which was terrific with young kids. Outdoor fire container. Hot tub was great. Well equipped with plenty of towels and beach items.

Great location

The bathroom situation was a little strange with a bathtub in the master bedroom. The kitchen sink needs a sink plug and we needed more dishwasher pods
