Super small room, only 1 chair, no table or desk, 115 degrees and an AC that offers cooling to ~ 100 degrees!! Checked out after 2 hours and mentioned all this at the front desk staff, who informed me that a manager would call me back the next day. It's been 5 days now and I am still waiting for that call. Guess what they didn't forget to do??? Right charge my credit card the next day........

We go for the nostalgia, attentive service and great restaurant. Melvyn’s is a must, if you haven’t tried. Great service, food, and people watching. Old school Palm Springs at its finest!

Staff lies to you about security deposit amount which they quote as far less than what they authorize on your credit card. Staff does not disclose a resort fee - it is a surprise when you look at your credit card transactions. On a prepaid stay /
staff tells you upon checkout that you owe for the whole stay. Pool area unsafe due to multiple uneven levels. Just getting in the room was unsafe due to a very high and wide step to even get in! Only stayed one night - and, it turned into a nightmare!!
