    Value hotel not well kept. Looks like upkeep is in a hurru and just churning guest.

    I was in 332 and the people upstairs were banging and stomping and knocking things over for 4 days straight first night until 1:30 in the morning Tuesday all day 10 hours except maybe for an hour I've traveled to dozens and dozens of places since 2018 and this is one of the worst experiences I ever had staff fid not do a thing about it

    Room was in a bad shape with scratched sofas and furnitures. Although it’s relatively clean, I was really worried that I will be made to pay for damages not caused by me as the reception made me sign a form with clauses seeking payment should they find damages to the room with my $100 deposit. Made a video upon entering the room just to protect myself. Had to use my ID as collateral just to get a hairdryer from the reception. During check out, a young lady tried to collect more money from me saying that I underpaid with my prepaid Agoda booking. Total nonsense and she’s gave up after I showed her my fully paid Agoda receipt. Be warned.
