I love the staffs but it’s one house keeper that’s African American has a attitude problem and when see my name she don’t come all I want is clean towels trash bags she never comes but have a attitude when she see me this my first complaint ever

The bed was comfy, the heater worked correctly and there was TV cable. Also, there's a Denny's right next to the motel which is pretty convenient.
The phone wasn't working, and we were told that NONE of the phones worked...kinda weird. There was a bad smell in the area, although it didn't go inside of the room. We found a tiny piece of glass in the shower. And for some reason, it looked like someone had punched the bathroom door from the inside, it had a big crack.
