The breakfast was amazing, location was practical. The entire facility was clean.

I called multiple times to ensure that our room was going to be the room that I booked. I called at 11:50am the day before arrival to confirm, and then at 3:30 the day of arrival to confirm. I was told that my room will still be there until 3:30am. When checking in at 1:30am, after traveling all day, I was informed that they had given my room away. When speaking with the manager, who was very unpleasant and has zero customer service skills was basically told it wasn't his problem. It was the biggest joke ever.

I only have 1 complaint, they ran out of all kinds of hand and body soap during my stay. My family was inconvenienced greatly by this since we were traveling and ran out of our own soap.

The walls were very thin🫤 There were people partying next door on one side until 4a.m. and on the other side was a dog that continuously barked at them all night. We did eventually call down to the office and they said they would send somebody up, but it never stopped.

NEVER EVER NEVERCorporate FIRE MARK ARGANBRIGHT!!!

Worse experience EVER!!! NOT because of BOOKING.com!!!! They were great!!! IT WAS THE HOTEL STAFF!!! My daughter and granddaughter arrived late at night after a looong drive. They were told their room was cancelled. That BOOKING.COM had not sent the payment to them!!! MARK ARGANBRIGHT (he wouldn’t repeat the spelling of his name) was BEYOND RUDE.!!! I have NEVER spoken to a ruder, condescending person!!! He said if my daughter and her child did not IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE HOTEL he would CALL THE POLICE!!!! They would horrified!!! My daughter called her husband, he gave the hotel his credit card to book a room..FAR FAR OVER THE REGULAR RATE!!! They were scared, traumatized, exhausted. They stayed (after midnight) and left early ( the same day) in the morning.

READ ABOVE!!!! I pray NO ONE EVER ENCOUNTERS MARK ARGANBRIGHT!!! Hilton….fire him NOW!!! He was so good at intimidating that he must have had LOTS of practice!!!

I was unable to reach anybody over the room phone to get new bed sheets and towels, and I ended up having to go downstairs and ask the front desk lady for help. She seemed overwhelmed with me asking her that question. I am more than happy to go downstairs and get my own items, I just didn't know why me asking her for more bed sheets and towels was a big issue.

Wife didn’t bring blow dryer because she figured this place would have one but it didn’t and couldn’t get one until 2 hours later once I told the front desk. You have everything else but the blow dryer. It would’ve been perfect with that!
