THE FLAT BAY is a beautiful newly renovated apartment, located in the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi (a popular tourist town on the Sorrento Peninsula) and enjoys a wonderful view over the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an elegant building, in a quiet park, enclosed and safe, about 50m from the center of Sant'Agata. It has free parking for one car inside the property. At about 20m away there is also a convenient municipal parking.
FLAT BAY has the inner surface of 105 m2 and can accommodate up to 7 persons. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms Double double, 1 single bedroom, large living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with sea view and garden furniture, and other balconies.
The apartment was renovated in 2017, tastefully decorated and finished with fine materials and objects. Very welcoming and equipped with every kind of comfort (plasma TV, Wi-Fi internet, independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen). Every room in the house has a balcony, terrace or window, this allows to keep the house always fresh, breezy and full of light.
The house is located at the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, many bars and restaurants, banks, bus stop for buses to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi.
Staying in this friendly, relaxing home, you will be in a strategic position for excursions to nearby Sorrento (6 km - about 10 minutes by car), Capri (boarding 6 km), Pompei (30 km), Positano (12 km), Amalfi (27 km), Naples (58 km), and the villages of Massa Lubrense (6 km).
Massa Lubrense is a natural oasis with a dense network of paths that allows lovers of trekking to reach among ancient farmhouses, archaeological sites, towers, Mediterranean and breathtaking views the far corners of the land.
For lovers of relaxation the nearest beach in the sun, easily accessible by car or public transport, is to Marina del Cantone at about 7 Km.

Our host Giuseppe was fantastic very welcoming and helped us navigate Sorrento. The apartment was beautiful and clean and very accommodating for a family of five would highly recommend it. The location was close to the center of Sant’Agata and close to local restaurants and super market. Overall very happy with our experience.

I had no idea how high up the mountain this would be! We had the most stressful time driving in, but absolutely loved the neighborhood, apartment, and host!

The condo was beautiful. 3 bedrooms - one for each of us Very comfortable living area but the best part was the balcony and the view. You could see Mt Vesuvius from the balcony and the gulf of Naples. The small town was close with many wonderful markets and a great cafe with pastries and gelato. I highly recommend the rental.

Our first trip to the Amalfi Coast—we really liked staying in Sant Agata. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for 7 of us, we could walk everywhere, several nice restaurants nearby, grocery, wine shops, butcher shops and fish markets all just steps away. Lovely views of Mt Vesuvius from the terrace.We actually preferred this location to the more popular (and crowded!) coastal towns.
