Hotel is located in a beautiful location in Massa Lubrense. The owners are a lovely couple who do everything to make one's stay comfortable. Excellent staff. I love the facility.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff very helpful and restsurant attached was excellent. Great food and service. We had a large balcony with a spectacular view.Bus stop very close to hotel. Easy access to Sorrento.Tourist office very close but limited hours. Loved Massa Lubresne.

The property was nice. However there is really no customer service. When I booked the room online, it was deceiving as I thought the room was much bigger until we got there and then once we got there, they charged us more money to upgrade to the big round that I initially thought I had reserved. We didn’t feel that the staff was friendliest. The one we can add to our stay is that we did get this with our stage each morning.
Also, the view was incredible.
Definitely pros and cons but when I return, I don’t think so.
