Il Pozzillo Maison

Location is perfect for exploring Amalfi coast, you can't get better than this for the price, located in Massa Lubrense, nice town with lovely locals, not crowded with tourists but active enough. If you came by car there's a public car park right across the road. There is a nice bar just next door with amazing sunset views, very calming. Beautiful beach only 7 minutes drive away, you can rent umbrella and sun beds there. Iga, the host, is unbelievable, very nice and friendly lady, she could never do enough for you. We arrived earlier than scheduled, Iga wasn't there but she quickly arranged for us to have a cold welcome drink at the bar next door while we waited for her to arrive. The apartment is big enough and nicely decorated, comfortable big bed, we ate out everyday but the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to prepare your own meal, shops, bakery and restaurants only about 2-5 minutes walk. We stayed for 4 nights and every day Iga texted and asked if there is anything we need or she can do, she gave us plenty of information and recommendations. If I knew how much we were going to like Il Pozzillo Maison I would have arranged our schedule to stay longer. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and memorable Iga, we would love to come back sometime!!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 2 minuty od piekarni, sklepów i restauracji. Bardzo dobra piekarnia w pobliżu, można też kupić świeże mięso, jak i już przygotowane do bezpośredniego jedzenia. Kurczaki z rożna, schab pieczony, można kupić w sklepie. Restauracje przygotowują dobre jedzenie, warto odwiedzić. Wspaniałe widoki, plażę w weekend lepiej odpuścić, nie ma miejsc. Dobrze skomunikowane z Sorrento, Neapolem, czyli też z Pompejami i Wezuwiuszem. Można korzystać z transportu publicznego, trzeba tylko wiedzieć, którą linią/firmą jechać, bo są co najmniej dwie i bilety kupuje się oddzielnie.

Należy zwrócić uwagę na opłaty turystyczne, Pobierane są tylko za 7 dni, choć to może zależeć od gminy, na terenie której się mieszka. Opłaty te nie są pobierane też od dzieci. Pani Iga, która jest Polką i administruje lokalami, pobrała od naszej rodziny 110 euro, gdzie powinniśmy zapłacić tylko 35 euro. Po interwencji zwróciła nam różnicę, ale jak to się mówi: "niesmak pozostał". Od rodziny naszych przyjaciół, którzy także w tym okresie mieszkali po tym adresem, opłata też była zawyżona. Byliśmy tam w pierwszej połowie lipca, czyli sezon turystyczny już trwał, co się działo wcześniej z pobieraniem opłat? O wysokości opłat dowiedzieliśmy się od innych Włochów, którzy też wynajmują lokal turystom. Z informacji uzyskanych od nich dowiedzieliśmy się, że opłaty te obowiązywały od początku roku.

Staying here was an incredible experience. It is a beautiful and spacious place!! Everything was perfectly clean, and the location was amazing. I would recommend staying here without a doubt!

It has all the amenities listed. The apartment is in middle of a small lemon farm and really well maintained. Iga the manager was really kind and offered to kindly pick us up from sorrento which was very helpful. A cute little family run restaurant provides good food next to the apartment. Grocery stores, good bus connectivity made the nearby travel very easy.
