The view is amazing looking at Capri. The pool is nice and spacious also with an amazing view. The location is up in the mountain and a bit of a journey to get to, but once there, being higher up is what allows the views to unfold. All of the staff went above and beyond to facilitate any needs. Using WhatsApp to communicate was very convenient as well.
Parking is a bit difficult due to the size and angles of the parking lot. Larger vehicles would need to park on the road. The property has stairs and sidewalks that have step downs that make it a bit difficult to haul heavy luggage into some parts of the property. Toiletries were a bit simple-bar of hand soap, lotion, and body wash; no shampoo or conditioner or other typical hotel toiletries.

Only thing I liked the room or apartment cause it had a nice view from the front entrance.
The fact that this property was posted as being in Sorrento and we were very from there. Thank God we had a rental. This post is very misleading. The property didn’t even leave as a curtesy coffee or tea for our stay. There are no store or anywhere to purchase if needed. The hotel charged us €1.00 per tea bag, ridiculous price. I would not recommend this place to friends if traveling to Sorrento.
