The villa comfortably hosts up to 7 guests and offers spacious, well-equipped outdoor areas designed for total relaxation. It features three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, and an additional half bathroom, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The living room with fireplace and a pouf bed, together with the fully equipped kitchen, creates a warm and functional atmosphere. Outside, guests can enjoy an outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooking a charming 500 sqm garden enriched with citrus trees and centuries-old plants—an authentic oasis of peace. From May to September, a modern private jacuzzi is available for exclusive use, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay. The property also includes free private parking. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with late check-in on request for an extra fee payable in cash. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Small pets are welcome. Upon arrival, guests are required to provide identification for registration and pay the tourist tax in cash, applicable from April 1st to October 31st (€4 per person per night for the first 7 nights; minors and guests over 75 are exempt).
