Casa Assuma B is a large and nice independent apartment (approx 90 sq.m size) situated in a relax and quiet complex immersed in an extensive garden located in Torca of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (Massa Lubrense) - Sorrento Coast.
Ideal position for excursions by car or boat to the main resorts along the Amalfi coastline as well as that of the Sorrento coastline and Isle of Capri; it is equipped of Wi-Fi Zone, air conditioning/heating and is located in a peaceful position with panoramic views over the sea.
The property is composed of three double bedrooms, a small room with single bed and living/dining area with kitchen corner side well equipped, two bathrooms with shower, washing machine and a private outside terrace with garden furniture.
There's also a shared swimming pool (8.60 X 4.60; 1.25 mt. deep) with sun-trap solarium and garden/terrace for our guests with ocean view.
NOTE: We remind our guests that to reach the independent apartment Casa Assuma B you need to climb many steps around 120.
The complex is located close to Sorrento and Marina del Cantone (Nerano) beaches and Massa Lubrense and is possible to book, this apartment together to an other nice apartments in the same complex, such as Casa Assuma A or other indpependent apartments to large family or friend's group.

There is no WIFI in property as promised

Apartments lacks any local information
Apartment lacks some basic utensils such as cooking knives
Parking is non existent and is very inconvenience, you have to put a ticket on the car every twice a day and parking is 10 mins walk away on busy road with limited spaces.
You have to pay for ALL electricty used not just aircon.
The main bathroom is very small and there are issues with biting insects at night as screens are broken and ants living in bathroom.
The restaurant next door is excellent and we had many meals there and asked if we could use there parking area which worked out well.
Pool is a cheaper style temorary pool with artificial grass, looks nice in pictures but fall short of expectations.
Nice area with very friendly locals and nice places to eat in Santa Agata just 10 mins walk away.
