Good Location
Lack of staff, breakfast consisted of cold cereal

It was clean and cozy. Very quiet and remote.
We went to the pool and hot tub (which was in another building so we had to get out in the cold and drive there) to take a look. It looked so warm and amazing! I couldn’t wait to get in the hot tub. We went straight back to our room, got bathing suits on, came straight back and the hot tub was being emptied. We were so broken hearted. I know they have to do maintenance etc. The male staff was there working and he was awesome. So kind and made a bad situation (no hot tub) better with his humor. We got in the pool and it was warm. He turned on the waterfall for us. He was a sweetheart.

The staff was very friendly. The cost was very affordable. The location is perfect to travel to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or Cade's Cove.
The room had a slight odor, like a musty smell. Not bad, but noticeable.

We loved the location and the variety of rooms available. We chose the Executive Suite and found it spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved that we could park directly in front of our room.
Would have preferred hot breakfast on our day of checkout (Monday). Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Room was filthy. Had to wait until 4:00 pm to check in as room was not ready any earlier. Blinds were broken, dirty floor, doors didn't lock and had to be held open with rocks. Dust everywhere, dirty floors and dirty bathroom.
Had to pay a resort fee, but could not tell you for what!

I was really happy with this little hotel. We vacation in the area at least once a year and we have figured out over time that we prefer to stay as close to cades cove as possible and as far from the traffic as possible. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Townsend hands down. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
They could do a better job cleaning. It wasn’t nasty by any means and maybe they just need some one to check behind their housekeepers? The first room we were put in was in a pool area and it recked of chlorine so we asked to be moved. The receptionist moved us with no issues but then the next room we were put in had dirty floors. Everything else was clean but the floors were filthy. After asking to have them cleaned they were, somewhat. Also, they need new sheets. They were itchy.

Tremont is a beautiful, well kept 10-acre property with an absolutely amazing staff who were very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. It’s a very quiet and peaceful resort.
Tremont is located in Townsend TN, which has much less traffic than Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, but still offers many indoor & outdoor activities and great places to eat. This area is known as the “peaceful side of the Smokies”.
There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like.

Clean for the most part except white stains in the couch
Location…our bedroom windows faced a neighborhood. Curtains didn’t close around the bedroom windows so the outdoor light would shine in. I would recommend swapping the locations of the living room and bedroom. Shower head was very low. Bed linens were scratchy.

It was close to a venue I was attending ( 5-K Scary Run) it was close to restaurants forms and also the rooms were well appointed and has plenty of towels and hot water . The jacuzzi and indoor pool were a huge plus for us to !!

Getting the room we did it was nice to have a separate living room from the bedroom.
They need more housekeeping staff. We did have to go find towels and toilet paper.

Need a larger area for the amount of guests staying. A little more variety would be appreciated
Front desk staff acted like we were a bother. It was our first time there so we were not familiar with the resort.

We liked that it felt a little secluded but was very close to the event we were in town for. The buildings have a lot of character and the rooms were clearly newly remodeled! The bed was comfortable and we appreciated that there was a fridge and microwave, even though we didn’t use them.
Our only complain was the shower. It was obviously very old and water did not drain well, so we were showering in about 2 inches of water.

The pools were awesome and so were the beds. Was not expecting a full kitchen and the size of the accommodations. We will definitely be returning.
The oven at our cabin was on the frits so we couldn't really cook the way we would have liked.

The building we were in was completely renovated. It was clean, new, and lovely! The property is massive at 10 acres! There was plenty to do, lots to see, and it was so very comfortable!

Location, convenience. Comfy pillows. Plenty of choices for swimming.
Ceiling leaks in bathroom. Bed too low to floor and too far away from wall. Big gap to lose pillows in.

The property was beautiful and well managed. Found the outdoor fire pit so peaceful in the evenings. Hammokes were perfect, found myself and good nap. The pools were clean and so refreshing. Really loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Missing laundry facilities but I understand they may be adding it.

Location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
It was all fantastic but the outdoor pools were pretty filthy. Not in color and you could smell the chlorine so it felt clean. But there were so many leaves floating and sunken! If there would have been a net nearby, I would have done it myself to enjoy the beautiful pool myself.

Great location
Room had unpleasant odor when we entered and it sustain through out the stay there is no room sprayer etc provided

excellent staff, clean, loved the convenience of the big bathroom and walk in shower with the seat...which was a must for us. comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows, awesome amenities, beautiful grounds, loved our "patio" and we spent time sitting out there enjoying the "courtyard" view and the pool area. the convenient location on the quiet side of the Smokies was absolutely perfect...will definitely be back again!!
tv...Wi-Fi went out and when it came back up the tv had to be programmed/set up for us twice. password entered by staff that we called when we could not figure it out. In a perfect world, you could just turn on the tv and it would work even if just local channels. But it was a minor inconvenience almost not worth mentioning since we were on vacation, except that my husband was determined to watch the men's college baseball world series finals, and I wanted to keep up with the news on a national level with everything that had been going on in the world. Otherwise, it was the perfect stay, and we will definitely stay here again

5 Stars – Perfect Stay from Start to Finish!
We had the BEST experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and modern, with such a thoughtful and stylish setup. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept like babies! The grounds were beautifully maintained, with a lush yard that was perfect for relaxing.
One of our favorite features was the fire pit area by the pool, which also had a bar—such a great touch for evening hangs. They even had a hammock that added a peaceful, vacation vibe.
The resort offered a variety of activities, from yoga to an outdoor family movie night. It actually rained the night of the movie, but they seamlessly moved it indoors to the event space, which was just as enjoyable. So well done!
Parking was super easy, and the staff truly made the stay special—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. You can tell they care about the guest experience.
All around, this was an amazing stay. We can’t wait to come back!
Nothing bad at all

Loved the steamer being included in the room. The room was a great size and the beds were comfy.
Sadly, some outlets in the room did not work especially in the bathroom.
