There was a huge issue with the booking (I booked for 6 people and when I got there I got a room with two beds. No couch, no rollaways). I had the sweet girl at the desk call the manager and I could hear him on the phone saying “I don’t know what she wants us to do about it…” “I don’t know why she assumed there would be a couch…” (answer: because I booked for 6 people…) He did not seem to care at ALL that we got put in a room that sleeps 4 when I booked 6 people. So…I didn’t like the service or lack of resolution (he did eventually offer the guest house which is bigger, but we of course had to pay for the upgrade). I called booking to try to resolve. They were ZERO help and said I should just sleep 3 to a bed. (It was my first, and last time ever using Booking), but said it’s the property’s fault because they are the one that writes the listing and says it sleeps 6. I usually use hotels dot com and they are BEYOND helpful on the couple occasions we’ve hit a snag. So this was really disappointing.

The location was nice. Everything else about our stay was sadly disappointing.

Requested rooms close together - they were on opposite sides of the building. Reserved a room with 2 queen beds - the beds were full size - NOT queen. We have a queen bed at home and we are very familiar with the size. When we asked to move to another room we were told, sorry, we don't have anything available. There were tons of empty rooms. The people running the office were not accommodating at all. Within five minutes of receiving our room keys and checking in, they locked up the office and left. We discovered shortly after settling into our room that we had no coffee supplies. We had a coffee maker and a place where the supplies should have been, but there were none. The bathtub had a large piece of tape covering a crack or hole. The AC was inadequate and the room was extremely hot when we went inside at nearly 9 p.m. It was several hours before it got to a comfortable temperature where we could even sleep. Miserable!! The TV is outdated and had minimal channel options and no ability to use streaming. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay and would not ever stay here again.

Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at the motel and we would stay again.

River Breeze was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and quiet.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:45 p.m. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were NOT queen size (we sleep in a queen at home) When we questioned this at the office, the lady was very dismissive. When we asked to be moved to a different room she stated there was not one available. The rooms had been remodeled and looked pretty decent, but the room smelled very musty and was extremely hot! It took several hours for the room to cool off where we were comfortable to be able to sleep. The bathtub had tape covering a defect in the tub. We had a coffee maker, but no coffee or supplies were left in our room. When I realized this, I went down to the office to ask about it and they were locked up and closed. The owners (or whoever was running the office) left almost immediately after we got checked in. So we had to get up the next morning and drive to the nearest gas station to get our morning coffee. Not acceptable! When I asked about the fire tables that were in an area by the pool, the lady in the office stated "you can use them if you can figure out how to turn them on". WOW - very disappointed with the customer service that we received. Needless to say, we would not ever stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Convenient to the main drag but couldn’t hear traffic. Although it was older it was still clean and no problems.

The location and ease of accessibility to the park was fabulous! The room was easy and clean enough and absolutely fit the bill!

The tv didn’t work and the towels were a little on the flimsy side. It was a great one-night landing pad for our adventures though!

We didn't get a renovated room like the ones on the pictures. That was a disappointment.

The Breeze Inn has to be one of the best motels I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, the room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. . We got a balcony room so we were able to sit outside and watch the fireflies. We will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Lower cost than others in the area and I literally only stayed there counting sleep 6 hours.

Nice of a few more upgrades could be had and air circulation a little better when I first came in. No way to take a bath in the bathtub.
