Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We were quite happy with the quality and cleanliness

I went to check in and the lady who was behind the desk asked me if I was checking in, I said yes. It was 3pm, she said my room I booked online wasn't ready for at least an hour. The entire time of the conversation she never makes eye contact with me and was pretty rude. Maybe she doesn't realize she's in customer service. When I finally did check in an hour later there was hair all over the desk and the small laptop to check in with. In the lobby there were 4 people with luggage everywhere all eating chicken wings. I found it disgusting. Also my neighbor in the next room kept me up all night as they had plenty of whoopie sessions loud as all get up. The woman repeatedly ask him " You like that "! about 10,000 times. I will NOT be staying here anymore.

Very disappointed that we paid $196 for a room of this quality, it was not good.

The staff was very nice. That’s all that was good about this place.

It was not updated in awhile. It smelled like weed and had lots of weird smells in lit room. The beds were very hard. The bathroom tiles had stains and there was no usb outlets for my cell phone to charge.

It was not the most comfortable hotel stay I've had and it was overpriced for the service provided.

On the plus side the staff were friendly and very helpful.

There was noise/vibration every night until 3am from the club next door at which time I was usually woken by noises outside. There was only one morning that the breakfast provided warm food I could eat.

The bed was comfortable & the check-in assistant was friendly. The room was dated but had all the necessities. The bed was good. The facility looks run down & dated. Killed a bug crawling on my nightstand, not sure but kinda looked like a roach. The morning meal was minimal, had only a few different items. The hotel is located in a not-so-good neighborhood.

I have never felt so unsafe in any hotel every - anywhere

Horrible. Shares parking lot with a strip club. Guy passed out in car - 1/2 , 1/2 with out on. Told staff and they said happens all the time.

I have traveled extensively in my life and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE. Drugs very apparent throughout - per above unconscious man in parking lot. Staff said, “better than the hallways” - seriously! This is not just bad - it’s completely UNSAFE.

It has a strip club on one side and a motel on the other. We could hear the kids in the room above us. The vending machine only took case and the drink machine was out. The breakfast area was small, unkept, and crowded.

A BETTER MANAGER AND FRONT DESK STAFF. THE PERSONS ON THE FRONT DESK ARE HORRIBLE, RUDE AND DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WOMEN. YOUR CORP. SHOULD DO A MUCH BETTER JOB VETTING SECOND LANGUAGE ENGLISH PERSONEL. THESE TWO MIDDLE EASTERN WOMEN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE INDUSTRY. MY STAY WAS NOT CLOSE TO PLEASANT.

STOP SERVING THAT DOG FOOD BISQUITS AND GRAVY, IT IS HORRIBLE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS RUDE, DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND THEY COME OFF AS RACISTS IMMIGRANTS. I REALLY DID NOT ENJOY THEIR ATTITUDES OR POOR SERVICE. Dipti Patel IS A VERY POOR MANAGER.

The breakfast was okay, a lot of carbs and as a diabetic that wasn't good for me.

The hotel had a couple that argued for about two hours late at night that kept me and my husband up, the smoke detector starting beeping at 4:00 am and my husband had to unplug the battery. We were on a non-smoking floor, yet the hall way was the smell of marijuana. They had the nerve to charge us a $25.00 incident fee when in fact we were the ones they should have been paying.

A lovely stay with excellent service.

The room was cozy and had a large tv, refrigerator, microwave and in-room coffee. The thing that stood out the most was how clean the room and property was. The tub looked brand new. The fridge was clean. No carpet or ceiling tile stains were observed. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of foods. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that the parking lot was well-lit.

I'm sure this is not a Quality Inn issue, but the road and property leading you back to the hotel could use a little love. It felt a little sketchy. Overgrow weeds, litter, and potholes. Not very warm and inviting.
