I appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. The towels were nicer than many hotels. The ladies at the desk were always helpful ,attentive and pleasant

Please don’t put people right next door to each other when the hotel is not very full. Our neighbors had a baby who woke us up crying during the night. We also received two phone calls one morning. We assumed they were wake up calls but we did not ask for them. And someone was knocking on our door early one morning. Maybe these were the antics of kids next door but we didn’t like it. The milk was curdled that we had for breakfast one morning.

We had a comfortable night's stay our room was very clean and quiet.

It was really clean!! quiet, close to stores and restaurant.

Bathroom: the toilet was really close to the door when opening. Bed needed to be moved away from the wall, was hard to get in from that side.

This is definitely where I will choose to stay on my next visit to the area.

The Inn was quiet, clean and located nearby, in one direction or the other, to every destination on my itinerary. All staff I encountered were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful in providing directions when needed.

I have no complaints about my stay, nor could it have been made any better.

This was the cleanest motor style inn we've ever stayed at. Nothing fancy in terms of extra amenities, but friendly service and a very clean room. Would stay here again.

Part of our stay was on a Sunday, which didn't have staff on-hand for breakfast and such. Certainly wasn't a deal breaker, as a couple spots in town were open, but it's good to note.

The room was small and the clean, but no comfortable chair to sit and relax on.

The breakfast was not the greatest as it did not have hot foods other than a toaster for bagels and toast, Would have liked sausage and gravy, maybe waffles and eggs. The coffee was hot and the yogurt and fruit was a good choice.

We highly recommend Berlin Inn.

Berlin Inn was excellent as usual. It is a very well kept inn that we have used several times for many years. It is not the huge corporate chain facilities, just a simple, clean, courteous staffed place to stay and enjoy the Amish Country visit. I have no idea how we managed to get the room through Booking but as I checked out Booking took over my last steps of purchasing the night's stay.

Everything was as good as expected or better. Any guests looking for an affordable place should try Berlin Inn first. If you don't want a fancy multistory chain, Berlin Inn is quiet, has all the necessities including breakfast, microwave and refrigerator in every room, cable tv etc.

First class place and when we visit Holmes County this will be our first pick.

The breakfast was all we needed and it was fresh and the staff kept it stocked. The location is easy to find and close to everything. We could not believe how clean and updated the room was. I would recommend this motel for a great stay.

This is an affordable, clean, comfortable, safe, and friendly place to stay.

Parking is right outside the room. No searching parking lots for a space to park and no lugging suitcases up elevators and down long hallways. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great! Ice is close by. There are three trash cans in the room! The towels are thick and fluffy. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The television is large and is mounted on the wall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is right off the main highway so it is easy to find and easy to rejoin traffic. It is one of the most affordable places in the area. We felt safe there.

Good stay and a nice quiet place to spend the night.

It was a simple continental breakfast. The Inn is on the main highway through town, route 39. Old style motel, with parking at your private outdoor entrance. You do not get this room for the view, but for a quiet overnight stay it is quite nice.

I've stayed here many times. Staff and location are excellent. Only complaint was I was given a room in the back, and I was recovering from back surgery, so the stairs and the walk was a bit of an issue.

The location was perfect for the businesses we wanted to visit. Very easy check-in considering our arrival was delayed and we arrived at 2am. When I came to check out, the individual seemed surprised that we were leaving at 4pm and seemed concerned that there was a problem. As I explained, our plans needed to change for personal reasons, but the stay was just fine.
