Breakfast. Offerings were mostly overly processed food. Not what I expected from an Amish community facility. There were 3 types of breakfast casseroles {3?} and no other protein options except for sugar sweetened yogurt. No eggs or meat. Mostly carbohydrates; pastries, cold sugared cereals, pancakes/syrup, instant oatmeal and grits. There was a fruit basket with apples and green bananas. The next morning there was bacon and powdered eggs offered.
