Even with issues will likely stay again

Nice little property with lots to do. The pool and hot tub were really nice, if a little far to get to. Close to my favorite shops in Berlin. It was nice that the Signature Suite building is secure. Even with the negatives below I will likely stay again.

The beds are VERY firm. I stayed in a Signature Suite and not sure if it’s because the room is so large with high ceilings or what, but upon arrival the thermostat was set at 70 and the room temp was 68. Turned the temp up as that is a little cold for me and I could hear it running, but the room temp actually dropped to 64 and stayed there the 2 days I was there. The duvet from the bed was my best friend and made it operable when chilling in the couch watching TV. Kinda annoying to get to any of the amenities you have to go to the main building and everything is a good distance from the entrance, including the parking, but not a deal breaker. Needs better signage or more lighting in the parking lot to see where to go/know how to get to the other buildings. Most employees were friendly, but the gentleman working the late afternoon evening shift 2/10/26 was not. I had to great him and then didn’t get a response besides a very rude/judgmental look, like I did not belong there.

Staying longer next time!

Everyone was so kind, the room was comfortable and clean, the beds were firm with pillows that didn'tgo flat. Loved the 2 separate sinks in our standard 2 queen room. Loved the amazing 24/7 complimentary coffee in the lobby and the continental breakfast was very good! The view from my room was the pathway to the gazebo and creek, so it was perfect! Very glad I chose this resort and will stay again when I come back out from Arizona!

Loved the pace of life,it was wonderful to slow down.

The cleanliness, excercise facilities , coffee/tea dispenser and the home style breakfast.

Close the doors between the lobby and and the room hallway between 6am-9am, the conversations in the lobby travel. If you have a room near the lobby you wake up to the noise.

The room was very clean and the the accommodations were comfortable.

The front desk clerk was less than friendly and was neither patient nor welcoming. The view from our room was just of some rocks and a little bit of the surface level since we were in the basement, I guess. I don't think I would recommend it.

Very disappointing

The outside grounds were ok

I booked a room that was represented on Booking.com that looked newly renovated - clean, white, bright atmosphere with a courtyard view. What we got was a dark and dingy, half in the basement with a view of a large central air unit equipment right in front of the window. This room was completely misrepresented and false advertised. Very disappointing and I will never stay there again and will definately let others know of the false representation of the room.

We enjoyed our stay with clean facility throughout, the movie theater being a plus.

The facility and room were very clean, theater was an added bonus which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was good. We would certainly try to stay there again.

The receptionist on arrival was extremely lacking in her job skills as far as being helpful to us. She was sitting on her stool and didn't get off. We had come in early for check in and asked if our room might be available and she said in a little while. We sat in the lobby to wait and she came around and put keys on the shelf and didn't bother to let us know that our room was ready at that time. Very much a detriment to the first impression of your resort. The woman that replaced her was very attentive, smile on her face and helpful with things to do on a SUNDAY in your area and throughout our stay -- she is very good for your resort.

A great place to relax and reset

The simplicity of everything here. The proximity to the quaint town of Berlin. The adorable little theater for kids. The cleanliness of the rooms and the pool area was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and updated with normal amenities. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The cute lil "town" area for kids, we very nice and the coy pound was even fun for adults! The grounds were relaxing and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Sleepless in Berlin

The entire place, including the room, was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. The room was very luxurious.

My only complaint was the air conditioning unit. We couldn't sleep. It kept us up all night. Every time it came on, it was very loud. It sounded like an electric mower. It was equal to trying to sleep in a construction zone in the middle of a highway. We came to Berlin to celebrate our 32nd anniversary and left the next morning exhausted from being kept awake all night from a noisy ac unit. 😩

Not wheelchair accessible

Even though I was supposed to have an accessible room it was not the shower was an impossible access barely able to access toilet and the ramp to breakfast was impossible for me to navigate. I don't recommend this place to anyone confined to a wheelchair!

Fantastic place to stay!

Loved the suite---- huge, clean and very private! Pool was nice, breakfast was great! Loved the kids village and feeding the fish.

I wish each room in the suite had it's own thermostat-- the smaller bedroom got very hot!

Great location

The location was great. Just outside Berlin, close enough to be in the town within minutes.

The stairs were a little much. We were on the ground floor, which is below the main floor where everything is located.
