We'll be back because the atmosphere was fresh & relaxing!

Bacon was the best ever! The whole Breakfast experience was top notch & the staff was very attentive and friendly while keeping everything neat, clean, and well-stocked! Plenty of comfortable seating for breakfast & nice areas set up to sit and chat out front or around the fire pit. Reception desk & housekeeping staff were always smiling and gave off a vibe that let us know they enjoyed their jobs. This hotel had a pleasant odor and did NOT smell bad like some other hotels.

This may be silly, but we thought the toilet flushing was really loud. Each time my roommates were in the bathroom, it sounded like they were falling and got hurt.

The property was great. The location was central to Berlin. It was beautiful country. I would go back to stay. Just remember that Berlin rolls up the streets at 5:00.

This was our first time staying at Comfort Suites in Berlin, Ohio. We are extremely satisfied with everything about this hotel! The front desk clerk was very kind, explained everything very thoroughly, and made us feel welcome! I wish I knew her name, I would give her a shout out, but we checked in on July 4th around 3:30 PM. She deserves recognition! The hotel room was very clean and smelled fresh, not like cleaning solution but just fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable, but just a little small, but I definitely wouldn’t let that keep me from staying here again. We usually go to Amish Country at least once a year and sometimes twice and we will definitely be staying here again! I love that when booking the room online, they have the option of choosing a first floor room! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great stay! Complementary Breakfast was excellent! Eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, sausage, oatmeal and cereal. Plenty of beverages - juices, iced water, hot water and coffee. The room was nice and comfy and the water pressure was excellent.
