New to us lodging.

Location close to shops. Having a stoplight by the property made leaving the inn easier. View of farm field from our room was pleasant. Breakfast options were plentiful.

Our room was by the dining room. A family spent time there in the evening, enjoying their time together. But it took away the quiet atmosphere we desired. Next time, if I am able, id prefer a room away from the dining room.

Would only stay again as a last resort

My partner and I chose not to take part in the breakfast offered... We were too put off by the sound of the ice machine at our door, along with the sounds of, only 2 small groups of people who did take advantage of the complimentary breakfast

The staff was not very helpful, slightly unfriendly... Upon check out, one staff member didn't even look up from their cell phone, the other didn't even thank us for our stay, or any other words for that matter... My partner and I kindly thanked them for our stay, and received zero acknowledgement. For the price, staying in one the 'premium' rooms... It could have been more private and had an overall welcoming feeling...which we did not feel either.

Not so much

I liked location as it's centrally located in the heart of Ohio's Amish country.

The room was not very clean. Carpets had a giant stain as u walked in door. The trim around the side of door was pulling away from wall and the door itself had such a large gap at the bottom that the cold air was blowing in. We had to roll a towel up and place across it. There was large clumps of dust gathered in areas in bathroom around shower. Fridge in the room was micro mini. Which while in Amish most get snacks and drinks and items that need to be kept cold. You may be able to fit a couple drinks and a small brick of cheese in the fridge but that's it. Stayed 2 nights in a different room it was clean, draft under door but not nearly like this room. And had more space it seemed.

Convenient location especially for shopping under the stars. It’s always comfortable and clean. It’s easy to stop there since it’s centrally located, if you want to take a little break during the day!

The room was clean but definitely old and had a musty smell. The water in the shower was brown when first turned on. After a few minutes it was clear. Just obvious that not all the rooms get used in the winter.

Having to go outside to get to lobby area and breakfast area. Also would not recommend to someone with bad knees or older. The commodes were low and hard to get up from. But they did have rizers but you couldn't shut the bathroom door

Was a place to stay for a reasonable rate. We will not stay again.

Overall clean, breakfast was plain not alot of options. The beds were miserable, id say worn out like we fell to the middle. The heater needs updated. It wasnt an actual temperature, so in the middle of the night I had to turn it off. It ran constantly. Squealed when opening.

Not worth a repeat visit.

Room at the main facility our son’s family stayed in was extremely generic & overpriced.

Omelets in plastic wraps = seriously? Not appealing at all. My husband & I stayed off site. We were not aware our families would be separated. Having no sign at the corner was a ridiculous oversight! The sign in front of the building is blocked by the church sign. We will be making earlier reservations on our next Berlin visit & will stay elsewhere.

This is a good economy place to stay. I just wish they would upgrade the beds.

This property is a great location right in the center of Berlin Amish country. Close to everything.

It looks like the bathroom counters were forgotten to wipe off. They were pretty dirty. We got a king size bed, which we do every time and the bed is pretty worn. Also, the headboard on the bed was sticky to the touch, but everything else seemed pretty clean.

Always stay here in the past, and the stay has been great

We were given a room where the beds were absolutely horrible! I am 67, and my sister is 65, and her physical health is very bad. We were there for 2 nights. I called the desk after the first night explaining my sister had not slept the entire night and that I, which normally have no major pain, but that night hardly slept and when I got up, I could hardly walk from pain in my left hip. Was moved to a room where the beds were 100 times better. Asked for one night refund but was denied.

It's close to downtown Berlin. The view from the back deck was very nice.

The mattresses were so soft we could not get a good night's sleep. Breakfast food was limited. More hot food would be nice.

We liked that we could stay in nice room accompanied by our dog.Add the pretty view and park to walk! We were walking distance to places to eat and shop. By vehicle we were less than 30 minutes from various venues. The room was clean, decent continental breakfast. All the staff we met were courteous, cheerful and helpful. We will stay again if opportunity becomes available.

I felt bad for staff members that had to multitask simultaneously. During a very busy season and many guests were dealt with challenges as best as possible very promptly, courteously.

The breakfast was all quick foods, no hot foods, just like a place to heat stuff up. They did have a waffle maker which was nice. The room was also quite damp, but the room was on the bottom floor.

The breakfast is wonderful. So many items to choose from and the biscuits and grave was delicious. The room was perfect in all ways and all the ladies, no matter their job were so very friendly and nice.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would visit again.

Our room was very nice…clean & comfortable. I especially appreciated the sofa (sleeper) because it gave us a place to sit comfortably and read or watch TV after being out and about all day. It was surprisingly quiet, too, for all that our room fronted SR39.

Wasn’t thrilled with the breakfast menu. The breakfast sandwiches were fine, but the potato cakes left a lot to be desired.
