budget price, Very clean. Fresh white paint on exterior, Recent parking lot refresh.
Big refrigerator, microwave, parking by room.. Coffee in lobby, Little breakfast w waffle maker. Next door to famous BBQ - Coopers BBQ
Shower had rusty water for 30 seconds and it cleared up.
I tripped on an uneven part of the sidewalk while looking for ice machine close to 121. Did not fall.
Had to ask Mr. manager for help waking up TV but it worked.

Clean for the most part. The beds were firm but did move around a bit.
We found a grasshopper in the bathroom but it's that time of year in the area. It did not detract from our experience.

Nice upgrade going on from the previous owner (Lone Star Inn?), but it says it has breakfast, but really doesn't.
