Clean and comfortable but outdated. Stairs only so if you have climbing issues insist a ground floor room. Staff nice.

Room was very clean, the towels were very rough and small. The couch was nice but we needed a chair other than the hard office chair. Really loved the TV station list. We would definitely stay there again.

The way the rooms are designed the A/C turns the bedroom into freezer to make the bedroom and sitting room tolerable. Very clean and well kept.

A/C can't keep up, room can't cool down, only one unit by bed, hot bed & no hot water, not a continential breakfast & the staff didn't close the door after leaving the room

When we pulled into the property I was concerned because it was a older hotel with doors on the outside.I asked the clerk if I could have a room with no carpet. She informed me none of the rooms had carpet I started to feel a little better about the hotel. Well when we opened the door to our room it was totally updated. Beautiful room and super clean. Was very quiet . Guess you know the old adage don't judge a book by it's cover. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I saw reviews saying this was the best of Llano and it’s really true. If you’re not trying to spend $200 a night at a BnB this location is the best. Parking was easy. You’re just a short walk over the bridge to old Llano shopping. The Tesla supercharger is the same way next to the River park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Room was clean and check in was quick and courteous. The location was perfect for us and very close to many dining options. Unfortunately several issues made our stay less than optimal. The bathroom door in our room would not latch or even remain closed. Our room keys needed to be reprogrammed EVERY evening. We were not the only ones having this issue so something was wrong. Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 as promised and had very little choice. Really just waffles and the line to make them made it impossible to get any in the time we had. I understand that we are in a very small town with few options, but the ownership of this property seems to be taking advantage of his position and not trying very hard to please his customers.
