Unexpected gem in the middle of the TX Hill Country

Unexpected little gem in the middle of Llano - near Cooper's Barbecue and Historic Downtown Llano. We shopped at the local quilt shop and ate a wonderful meal nearby. We checked in late, and they were there with a smile to greet us. The AC was on so the room was comfortable. The rooms are small but very clean. There was a fridge and microwave in the room (which we didn't expect). Very nice!!!

If you are a budget traveler, it will satisfy your need for a decent and quiet night stay.

The room and the bathroom were clean, and the sheets on the beds looked clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable. It had a fridge and a microwave oven. The room had everything a traveler may need for a one-night stay.

The air conditioner was blowing cold air onto the bed, which was very close to it. I had to put two of the bed pillows at the edge of the bed to act as buffers. A couple of chairs in the room had stained upholstery.

Adequate except for lack of coffee!

There was no breakfast!! The room was very clean. This is an old motel, quite small. Each room has a small fridge. Ours made noise constantly, so had to shut if off. Window A/C worked well. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

We were completely surprised there was no coffee in the rooms and non available at the front desk. If your looking for a cheap, clean place to spend the night, it works. Don't expect anything else!

Very very dated! Bed was comfortable but everything was really dated. Windows sill around the ac were filthy. Shower was so small that I doubt you could fall down because only room enough to stand. No tv guide in the room. Worst hotel amenities I have ever seen. Shampoo and conditioner is in a ketchup/mustard size sleeve. Very low amount inside the package. Manager/owner was unfriendly and hard to understand

It was a clean room at a good price. It seemed to have the things that an average room had - microwave, mini-refrigerator, television - and I didn't use any of them. I slept well.

The clerk didn't tell me the WiFi password There wasn't coffee in the room or in the office It was in a separate building. I wasn't sure if I was safe or my car was safe (it was okay though) The clerk was hard to understand - but I think it might have been the wife of the main manager

The motel was an older property but it was in very good condition. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Proprietors were very friendly and seemed to really care about their customers. Price was very good.
