Llano motel is our usual place to stay whenever we go to Llano. Very clean motel. The hosts are very friendly. Some very good restaurants are near the motel. I highly recommend this place.

Very, very small for $85.00. We have never stayed in a motel with rooms so small.

Older motel that has recently received a fresh coat of paint and other upgrades. Clean overall, but the amenities need to be upgraded. Bar soap only, no shampoo. Small refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee pot. No coffee period. Otherwise, a comfortable place to lay your head. Sorry, I get a little grumpy without my morning coffee.

Pros: Check-in and out was easy. Nice Front Desk Room was Sparkling Clean! Bed was Comfortable (no seriously, it was). Has Larger refrigerator & Microwave in Kitchen A/C blew cold Cons: NO Ice Machine (must ask in office. This was quite inconvenient & I just ended up purchasing ice in town) Kitchen has absolutely nothing in it. No paper towels, not even a spoon. Road Noise (Earplugs worked great though) Only a medicine cabinet with very shallow shelves in bathroom. Pedestal sink and nowhere to put your toiletries. TV programming was extremely limited, but this isn’t the Hyatt. ****There was a small lip on the floor to go into bathroom and you don’t see it. I broke my foot. I told management and they were very apologetic. It just needs to have a rug or something to make it stand out*** Other than that, very basic, very clean, comfortable room for the price. Will use again, but no ice machine is big drawback.

The room was great. Super clean and enjoyable but we had a room right by the highway and the sound of cars and trucks was bad. We needed an old fashioned air conditioner to run continually to block the highway noise.

It met my basic requirements of safe, quiet, and only a few miles away from the 35th annual Crawfish Festival. The inside of the room was clean with nothing broken and no holes in the walls. The office was open and attended from when I showed up around 10:30pm to when I checked out the next morning about 8am and the attendant was friendly and professional. I would stay here again!

I was at first put off by how small the room was but it was recently refurbished with a brand new mattress, air conditioner, and bathroom fixtures. Once I figured out the A/C, we were comfortable. The downside was (1) the door didn’t want to shut unless we slammed it (but the deadbolt made us feel secure; and (2) the walls are thin and someone next to us had their TV on loud, all night long! No phone in the room to call the front desk. Calling the number from the website went unanswered. Overall, it was not bad for the price. Didn’t sleep well due to TV blaring.

My daughter and I took one look at this room and walked out. There was no working safety lock or bolt lock. You open the door with a key and discover that the door has been kicked in enough to damage the wood at the lock and instead of being fixed it’s just been painted over. There are cigarette burns on the bedspread. The room smells bad. And the lighting and amenitieswere dismal.

We loved the fact we could check in early. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's a small motel and had all the basics. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast but for the good price we went and got breakfast each morning.

I always enjoy planning a stay here while visiting Llano and the State Parks along with Enchanted Rock that are all within the near vicinity. It works as a great home base, and the owners are so nice and welcoming upon arrival and throughout the stay, Which makes for a very pleasant trip.

Llano Motel is an obviously old dated facility from the early ‘60’s at latest. Compared to current motel/hotels it lacks many amenities. It’s primarily a bed and bathroom with the sink/mirror outside the toilet/shower. That said the beds are comfortable and clean, the toilet and shower are very clean and the a/c kept the room cool. Initial impression was a slight smell maybe musty and carpet is worn. I would complement owners for cleanliness especially considering age of the building!
