    Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Facilities are very good except for the beddings are kind of old. Location is close to metro rail station.

    This hotel is for young groups on a budget. Heard so much noise in the halls and someone spilled they whole drink in front of my door. I wouldn't rebook cause I'm older GenZ may like it.

    Houston CBD felt like a ghost town after business hours — empty streets, no atmosphere, and very little energy. The hotel itself was clean, but it had no real soul or character, making the whole stay feel cold and lifeless.
