We weren’t sure what to expect because the photos online are not the best, but The Rusk is beautiful! The furnishings, the space, the bed, kitchenette, etc. We will definitely be back! Very nice!

The location was great. There was no official parking to go with the hotel and the garages around the hotel were in unsafe areas and often had loitering. The valet is overpriced and a nuisance with the amount of times I go in and out of my hotel.
The first room 1116 I was put in did not have flowing AC in the bedroom but did in the entrance. It was extremely warm. Front desk said they’d have someone come down to fix it but even after that it was still not working. I got my room changed to 1109 and it was better AC wise but the hot water in the shower does not work, the WiFi goes out past 10pm, the living room TV would not stream even after connecting my phone, and the outlet in the kitchen for the toaster did not work.
Overall, it was an unpleasant stay with unwelcoming temperature and water conditions.
