Good location. Loved the access to water, tea, coffee etc. friendly staff, very welcoming.
Decor in rooms and corridors is a little dated.

It was easy to check in/out and the location was fantastic. I also liked the digital key option and the safety of the lobby doors and elevators needing a key to operate. Also enjoyed the free WiFi.
I didn’t like that the streaming services on the TV required me to use my own phone, I wish they were included on the tv.

It is in the middle of downtown Houston, so pretty close to most transit requirements.
Easy check in/out process.
Lobby is quite nice with free coffee available to all guests.
The quality of the room was a bit disappointing. Although the bed was comfortable, the desk chair had rips all over it. The lounge chair same thing. The carpet also seemed dirty and not like it had been cleaned recently.
