The location is central just near the metro which is convenient if you are attending a world cup match. I was able to register in the morning and store my luggage then came back later after the match to pick up the keys. Everything was clean inside the room.

Very good location and rooms, i had a perfect stay.
the coffee machine and water fountain is very useful.
The only downside is the slowness during the breakfast. maybe staff shortage issue.

They let me check in one hour early ! People at front desk were super nice. The room is comfortable and it’s in middle of downtown. It was one minute away to where I had to visit. The price was great ! I would stay there again !

It is in the middle of downtown Houston, so pretty close to most transit requirements.
Easy check in/out process.
Lobby is quite nice with free coffee available to all guests.
The quality of the room was a bit disappointing. Although the bed was comfortable, the desk chair had rips all over it. The lounge chair same thing. The carpet also seemed dirty and not like it had been cleaned recently.
