The little touches made the stay very comfortable. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. The mint on the bed. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

I would liked some disposable cups for the coffee in the room.

Okay listen I called a week ahead and asked exactly what was my amount to put on my card and they told me 1600 but tax itd be 1800. Well when we got there it was OVER 1900 because no one told us $20 a night for holds. i have went to alot of hotels and never done this so because they tried taking more then what i had it locked up my PayPal card and that blonde dude said nothing he can do we had to SLEEP In Our CAR! until I could call PayPal at 9am and finally the manager helped us. Now that manager was AMAZING he not just helped he upgraded our room to a suite BUT unless they also discounted our rooms idk how 2 rooms was 702 but 3 nights was 1900 don’t make sense does it? So just be careful if you go to this hotel. It was awesome once we got in and stayed but before and the prices was not!!

1 staff member didn’t even try helping & I don’t like being lied to when I called a few times and directly asked how much everything would be. I wont be staying there for inkcarnation again i know that much.

Toilet paper was missing from the room. Phone did not work. He said there was a storm and they haven’t had time to fix them. So we couldn’t call the front desk to get more toilet paper.

Very comfortable

The room was very nice and welcoming, it was quiet, definitely coming to stay again sometime.

The room size, although the room was amazing it was also kinda crammed.

1 roll of toilet paper....only one entrance into the whole building operational, no pool, no hot tub, no washer or dryer.....they were all broke.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, location, and value.

I liked the size of the room and the mini-kitchen area.

Everything was fine except the mold! The a/c i believe has a mold growing in the duct system because the smell of mold in the room was overpowering. The room itself was nice and clean but had a masked fragrance when we first arrived. The mold soon took over. I told the desk clerk upon departure, I can only hope it was relayed to your maintenance crew. We were in rm. 307. Fortunately I am a fairly hearty soul and it got late, I didn’t want to make a fuss. But for someone who is not as hearty as myself, you could have a serious health issue on your hands. On a separate tangent, the lovely lady ( I’m thinking Rosie?) who helped us with our breakfast service on sat morning was the best! Couldn’t have been nicer if she tried, went over and above to do whatever she could for us. Hang on to her, she’s an asset to your door.
