Over all I would stay again

Breakfast was decent, apple, bananas, muffins and pop tarts.

No complaints other then I could not find a do not disturb sign for my door.

Been driving all day, showed up tired and just didn’t want to deal with any problems but we had a few.

TV needed to be programmed ( took forever) to watch Monday night football on ESPN. Smoke detector battery kept chirping and needed to be changed ( which they did, just should had been done when we’re not already checked in). Desk chair was unsafe.

This hotel is a hotel that you use just to get some sleep and get on the road early the next day.

It was conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. Lots of pillows. Air conditioners worked well.

One of the rooms we rented had a noisy patio right outside their door. A dog was barking. The staff member could not change this room after we realized we didn’t need a handicap room..because we had paid for it through booking.com. We paid the same amount for all the rooms so am not sure what the problem with putting this friend in a room with two beds instead. It wasn’t that busy. Morning coffee was so strong!

It was fine.

The property was very close to the music festival we attended. Parking was fine. There were lots of food options nearby.

We were there Thursday night through Monday morning and the only time any service was done to our room was when we asked for it. The hard surface floors needed mopped badly. Our feet were brown after walking in them. The first floor rooms are slightly underground and NOTHING dried in these rooms, so must be pretty damp down there. And, of course, because of the music festival we paid a ridiculous amount for the room.

I will never return to this hotel. It was not a good value at all. There was no elevator.

The location, that’s it.

The hotel was terrible. I was traveling with my elderly father and there was no elevator. They did not make up the rooms a single day we were there.

Don`t bother find somewhere else if you can....not recommended.

Staff pleasant and efficient at check out, Easy to find.

They required a $50 hold in case of damage,that`s understandable but we were unaware of this...No elevator,ice machine not working,room was not cleaned properly,not a change of towels,noisy location too close to a highway that is heavily traveled by trucks,at all hours,bathroom door will not properly close,wifi totally sucked,connected but not available.

Staff was rude, room was not ready at 9pm of arrival, very noisy in the hallway outside of room, bed was so hard, shower made loud noise, and I still have not received my 50.00 deposit back yet.

Short drive to Mid Ohio. Highlight of our visit was probably the sweet lady who offered us snacks and donuts when we checked out. Didn’t get her name, but a little kindness goes a long ways. Will definitely come back next year when we’re visiting Mid Ohio.

Great value for the price.

Breakfast was not available there. But the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. When we experienced transmission problem with satellite TV, help was immediately available and the problem was fixed in very short time. We liked the sleeping comfort of the queen bed and the overall stay for the price. We would stay there again when I’m the area

The room was small and the lighting far too dim. The printed TV guide was nice to have but the print was so small in the dimly lit room that we could not read it unless we used our flash light to illuminate the print.

Newly renovated room made this stay a great value. Fresh carpet and paint. Much of the facility is under repair. We were looking for affordable late night-early out stay and we're satisfied with our late night find.

Facility is old, which is not bad, as long as it is clean. But it was not. Everywhere too dirty and the price via booking was out of any relation. Never again………ugly… The management seems to have no understanding about cleanlyness…. Never again…..
