Short, lovely trip! We traveled with our 3 young grandchildren. They put us in big, spacious room

The sweet woman at the front desk made cookies for everyone. The maintenance guy was extra nice to our Grandkids as well. We felt so welcomed as soon as we walked in.

The hotel was a bit pricy, but it was in a good location for us at the time. It was clean and they have a good breakfast.

Cleaning people knocked on the door at 9:00 AM and we were not up. They really shouldn't do that. They should find out who has checked out before they come try to clean the room.

It was a great stop over, conveniently off highway, would stay again.

Breakfast was good, appreciated having eggs and sausages in addition to the usual continental items. We appreciated the mints at breakfast counter and service desk. The pool was nice, rooms were clean. On the small side but not too cramped. Staff was friendly. I absolutely loved the choices of soap, shampoo, lotions, etc. that were free of the usual toxins, unhealthy substances, and fragrances.

I didn't think the mattresses were particularly comfortable - a bit on the lumpy side. The rest of my family had no complaint with them.

Not worth the price we paid.

Everyone was friendly.

Carpet tiles were not secure, several in our room were loose. An extreme gap in our room door where it could easily be jimmied if someone wanted to. A bunch of teenagers constantly going from various different rooms. Shower floor had a grimy tint to it. Stain on the curtain and hair on the bathroom door. Sticky spots on the floors.

The staff was less than desirable. They made the kids that were with us feel a certain way- with their coutheless ways .arrogant pompous adults that do not care how they make kids feel.

Always comfy at Hampton Inns.

Love the moveable ottoman, full length mirror was a definite plus, clean bathroom and a nightlight! Comfy bed.

Heat/AC unit was quite loud so we had to turn it off during the night making the room too warm.

Very nice check in at this Hampton Inn. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was above expectations, all went well.

I'm not kidding, the only complaint is that the night light in the bathroom needed a fresh bulb.

Check in staff was pleasant but also rude with the comments made at check in, pleasantly rude. I canceled my second room ahead of time as allowed per Booking.com policies. When I said I only had a reservation for one room they told me it was for two rooms, and I was responsible for two rooms. I showed them the paperwork from Booking.com and the cancellation. They still insisted it was my problem because it was not in their computer. I told them it was not my problem it was between Booking.com and Hilton. It was fixed the next day by the manager which I was informed at checkout.

Kind of Disappointed

The location was great!

I paid for a suite and ended up with a regular room after being told the one I booked was not available. No compensation for the difference was offered! I was also promised a late check out and was rather rudely informed “we don’t do that” the next morning!

All in all this hotel was a 10/10. Will be staying again.

The staff was beyond amazing. Very respectful, very understanding and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Floors looked like they weren’t vacuumed and we found someone else underwear under the bed.

A great place for our overnight on the way to our destination.

Rooms were neat, clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and ready before 6:00AM. Coffee was hot and delicious, I'm picky with coffee!
