The site on hotels.com clearly states "dogs and cats allowed." After arriving at the hotel after 10+ hours on the road, I was told that only dogs are allowed, and I was traveling with two cats. By that time, it was too late to change my reservation or re-book. Had I known ahead of time, I would have been able to change my reservation to a different hotel.

Room was somewhat dirty. Mirror had fingerprints all over it. Bobby pin on bathroom floor, along with dirt. Old bathtub. Shower curtain barely reached top of bathtub. Water did not drain properly during shower.

The staff at the breakfast bar was rude as can be. She was getting mad at guest for making messes even yelled at a 17 year old boy for leaving the lid up on the eggs. And While she was in the kitchen cooking. She was literally yelling at the top of her lungs and said that everyone out there is eating breakfast lunch and dinner when it’s just a effing breakfast bar. And she shouldn’t have to refill the waffle mix up twice. Meanwhile, there was people in non-uniform who was clearly her friend or maybe staff on a day off and the lady went back and got a box of bags from the the cabinet top shelf as I watched her and filled up Ziploc bags full of food to take out with her. This was who she was ranting too. The non uniform person had her kids in the dining area wrapping waffles in foil to take with them…. My son and a bunch of his football team members and their families stayed there last night after our football game and that lady was less than hospitable. There wasn’t anything to make her have said behavior. My family and I reported it to the front desk. People who paid for themselves and their families to stay and have breakfast the next morning should not be met with such rudeness for eating food they paid for simply because the lady had to do her job.

Location wasn’t too far off the interstate directly across from the Ohio Hwy Post. It was very quiet when we arrived at almost 10pm. The staff were all helpful and friendly! The only “complaint” is that the shower head could be updated. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfy. Would recommend and stay again!

The hotel had been obviously remodeled with good results. The beds were comfortable, with adequate space. My only complaint would be the wi-fi connection. After filling out an unnecessary form, I would lose my connection, and then be asked to fill out the same form. I also lost my connection in the lobby and the was asked give the same info. I gave up.

Staff was top notch! We stayed 2 nights for a race. Traveled from NC. First night was not very good sleeping, due to the air conditioning kept “short cycling” meaning turning on and off every few minutes. It was load enough to wake us all throughout the night and it was not very cool. The next day we were at the track all day and we got a text asking how are stay has been. So we complained about the room. We were told a ticket was put in to have it fixed. When we returned after all day at the track, air has not been fixed. So we messaged back and was told no one would be out to fix it today since it was Sunday. So we asked if we could possibly change rooms and we did. Great night sleep the second night. The guy at the front desk was so nice. I never expect perfection, things happen, but I do expect good service. This was exceptional!

Beautiful experience !! My only complaint was that there was a brand new corvette taking up TWO handicapped spaces. ( we saw thd gentleman and there was no evidence of a handicap and no handicap sticker of license ) This should have been addressed or reported to local authorities. Sad to see .

Breakfast attendant did great. Front desk folks were exceptionally friendly. Room was in good condition. Layout of room was unique. Place smelled good. Maintenance guys were even friendly. It seemed like the employees were generally happy people which was so nice.

The first room had a very strong unpleasant odor. I informed the staff and was immediately given another room. The bathroom in the room had hair on the sink and towels. Also, some areas of the floor felt like you could fall through. The staff was the bright part of the stay.

The hotel was under renovation and so there were some maintenance issues. The Staff was accommodating and gave us another room due to a running toilet. The new rooms sink drain was backup and so I’m sure once the renovations are complete, these issues will be addressed. Overall it was a nice stay!

Front desk clerk was very polite and thoughtful taking the time to ensure that our stay was the most hospitable. Breakfast staff was very helpful and considerate of making sure I was given a tray to take my meals up to my room for myself and child. Overall, a very pleasant and friendly staff.

Would never stay in this hotel or recommend it to anyone . Staff was not helpful when we asked them to change the room because it was very outdated. We had to call Expedia to try to speak with hotel and even offer to pay extra but hotel still refused stating that they have strict policy. We travel a lot and never had such a problem ! We were very disappointed and had to check out a day earlier to move to another hotel !
