Comfortable beds, plenty of room over two floors, breakfast with lovely, thoughtful, good quality extras provided. The Farthings is close to the Tarka Trail and also the bus stop in direction of either Ilfracombe or Westward Ho!/ Appledore. Self catering possible as there is a fully equipped kitchen! Communication from the owners was fantastic also.

Comfortable bed and great shower
Not sure about open cereal packets being offered but maybe l'm too fussy. But the rest of the welcome offer including bread, milk, orange juice, chocolate cake etc really unexpected and great. The dog at the property did bark a lot one evening - the owners were out - this didn't happen on the two other evenings l was there.

Poor signage on the approach to the property, especially in the dark. Shower was inoperative.
