Nice boutique hotel with comfortable rooms but a bit overpriced for what you get.

Hotel is cute and location is great. Comfortable rooms and decent food. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay for valet parking when the parking lot is small and the car gets driven 10 feet and parked.

Perfectly relaxing with amazing staff

From the minute you get to L’Horizon, you can feel the calm. Staff were attentive and professional. The bungalows were beautiful with some lovely touches. Pool and bar area was lovely. Food and drinks were excellent

Location is great - setup - design - architecture - rooms

Sunchairs around the pool overcrowded and no policy to control people who left book or cap for 8hours per day just to block the sunchairs from 7.30am onwards - cleaning done only at 5pm - horrible wait at bar and restaurant (more than one hour and 20mn to get a small salad at the bar... with no explanation or apologies...)

Excellent private quiet stay

Each room is its own bungalow and is incredibly spacious with a private patio. The outdoor shower is an excellent surprise. The bathroom is spacious as is the lounge/bar area of the room and the large bedroom.

The only thing that could use an update are some of the window coverings. They were a little hard to function & are outdated. They need to be replaced - both the ones that are floor to ceiling facing the patio windows & sliding doors as well as the shades that can be pulled in the lounge/bar area. They have lived their life & should be updated.

Superb

The property is stunning. Like out of a movie. There's an incredible heated pool and hot tub. The rooms are gorgeous and the bed is SO comfortable.

When we first checked in the person checking us in and the valet/bell boy were so kind, helpful and chatty. After that, the majority of the staff was polite but not very helpful and didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on. We also had to ask for our room to be cleaned as nobody came in to clean it.

A rare gem provided a memorable experience.

Luke & Gina greeted us at the front desk. Efficiently checked us in, gave us champagne and brief history of L'Horizon. Both are very personable. Matt took us/luggage to our "Martin" bungalow and showed us the grounds. He also doubles as valet. Morning breakfast was outside by the beautiful pool, starting with mimosas then tasty frittatas. Kelly took good care of us and he doubles as bar tender. We were blessed with 80 degree weather, so hung out by the 94 degree pool and had delicious lunch. Vivacious Andea checks us out and got out car. Thanks L'Horizon for making a memorable Christmas.

Beautiful stay for couples.

What a beautiful setting, the grounds, pool, room, all of it. It was a perfect for a romantic getaway. And it was everything we needed to pause & just appreciate each other.

Wi-Fi is offered but doesn’t work. The only negative thing that didn’t meet anyones expectations. If you rely on it for work I’d say you’re out of luck.

it was serene but the property is starting to feel a little outdated

loved the clean infinity-like pool; the turndown service was a nice touch; loved the indoor/outdoor shower; double sinks and nice spacious modern bathrooms

the burger was mediocre, I couldn’t even eat half of it; the wifi is really weak across the property, the appleTVs are out of date and feel a little clunky to use; there aren’t enough outlets near the bedsides for phone charging

I was not told there would be a $35.00 parking fee, nit a big dela but I like to know all fees prior to getting it o the final bill.
