The total experience was amazing.
There were a few people who reserved lounge chairs early in the morning with books or clothes. then left for the majority of the day.. leaving them un usable for other people to use. Quite rude really since there were only 8 lounge chairs avsilable. Still awaitng the email promised with our statement.

Beautiful property and room. Great to have the pool right outside our door. Very attentive service by staff especially by Ricardo. Ten minute walk to Chabad
Signage to hotel is very small and easy to miss. Rooms could use much better lighting. However price is too costly.

Location is great - setup - design - architecture - rooms
Sunchairs around the pool overcrowded and no policy to control people who left book or cap for 8hours per day just to block the sunchairs from 7.30am onwards - cleaning done only at 5pm - horrible wait at bar and restaurant (more than one hour and 20mn to get a small salad at the bar... with no explanation or apologies...)
