    You can book a hotel closer to the city but the vibe is not the same. This hotel is in heart or Brooklyn local living but had access to everything. What this hotel lacks in location it makes up for in staff friendliness and the extra mile they went too to meet my requests. Easy convenient electric bike station 2 min walk away and easy ride to NYC and all the land marks. I will definitely stay here again

    Everything was good and they supported all our minor requirements too. Allowed us to check in early as we reached there 1.5 hours before the check in time. House keeping was top notch.

    Those guys at the front desk were awesome. They were helpful. They looked up. Uber rates for me.. They reserved me a car ride to my venue. The reason why I was there, celebrating my BFF 50th. I really like those gentlemen. Joseph took pictures of myself and My Sista. He was really nice really really nice. I just can’t remember the other guys name but he too was nice and helpful. He got me a bag of ice. The room, magnificent. If I ever need to come back to this area, this is my number one choice.

    During check-in, I was told by the concierge staff that a security deposit was required for each room booked which I paid by card. During checkout, the staff shared that the hold on the card will be released in one to two weeks. To my surprise the card was charged one week after my stay. Tried emailing the concierge and manager based on the email address on the hotel’s website to clarify but did not even get a response on why I was charged for it. Will not recommend stay, given the unexplained additional charges made and the lack of response to customer’s query.
