    Only one sloooow elevator, that is a bit terrifying. Door key stopped working multiple times during my stay. Room AC/Fan didn't work on my first night, so it was very hot - but they fixed it on the following day. Only the hot water in the shower worked. TV and phone systems both down. Internet was slow and unable to stream or take video calls/meetings. Property needs a lot of upgrades, but they are in the middle of doing some work on it now. Decent location if you are going to anything in Industry City and close enough to the subway, but that's about all it has going for it.
