It was ok, I would ask for another room if carpet were stained or dirty. We were just tired...

Breakfast was good, Front desk service was friendly.

Carpet in room 907 was stained, not a little stain but large, Carpet was dirty. Our feet were dirty after walking barefoot on the carpet. I would rate higher other than these 2 things. We arrived late in the evening, and were just too tired to go thru the bother of requesting another room. Other than dirty carpet, our room appeared to be clean.

Very pretty hotel from the outside landscaping seemed to be in good shape

Didn’t really like the location. Nothing was around it. Found a black flip-flop underneath my bed that was not mine and my friend. I found a Q-tip by the floor lamp that was not hers.

The room didn’t have a microwave, and I requested a room with a view , it was my husband birthday so it was special. But the reception lady did not give it to me and she had an attitude. Matter of fact all the receptionists had attitudes . Need more friendlier staff.

Close to the Marina and beach

Hotel room smells like smoke. Not only the rooms when you walk into the lobby you smell smoke. All I seen was people smoking outside and the Casino was full of smoke.

Nice hotel with large rooms.

The room size was very spacious. The bathroom has plenty of space and included both a shower and separate tub area. I was glad that the hotel was smoke free, as the attached casino was not. The hotel is near the marina, so you can get some nice views.

The location seemed a bit isolated. There are no other restaurants, shopping etc. in the immediate area. You definitely need transportation.

We will probably never stay at that hotel again

There was a big hole in the bathroom in the ceiling where water looked like it was dripping. The room itself was dirty. We found old towels hidden behind the couch was just not a good place to stay. We didn’t end up sleeping in the bed. It was so bad.

Location and restaurants were decent.

We had a problem with the HVAC. The first room was hot (71-74) and it wouldn’t cool down, so they sent up maintenance. They changed the filter (disgusting!!! Room 708) and shut off the heat but it didn’t help. They changed our room at 1am and the second room was worse (no air movement, possible fleas, and temps 72-74). We were sweating and itching all night and I asked myself what are the odds! In the AM, we told the staff at the registration desk and they didn’t do anything to fix our situation and admitted the water chiller was turned on that morning. apparently cold water is what they use to cool their rooms so anybody that stayed that night was just out of luck. It’s a casino, so the house making money is the game but don’t gamble on a bad review simply to make a few hundred dollars…

Just ok

Hotel is just ok, no bells or whistles. If it’s a room you want it’s a room you’ll get. The bathroom is massive with both a tub and a shower which I appreciated, and the toilet in its own room. Casino was fun, didn’t win anything but it was alright.

Service isn’t overall friendly, you can see they just doing a job, their hearts aren’t in it. The rooms are dated and showing signs of wear and tear. It’s just basic. Only stayed one night and it was ok.

Terrible

We sweated our butts off all night because you can't control the AC. We had no toilet paper in our room, and when we went to the desk, she gave us an attitude and basically threw it at us. We told her to take it up there. It smells of weed throughout the whole hotel. The people next to us were having a party in the room the whole night with music blaring. Definitely will not be revisiting.

Familiar faces of staff that have been employed here at this hotel and Casino for years since I’ve been patronizing the facility. Thank you for keeping them employed.

Staff thinking you were just the average patron, I’m sure you get some undesirable patrons, but I go the extra mile to be courteous and kind, and just would like to be reciprocated too and shown appreciation for my efforts.
