The staff at ten front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room I had to ask the front to have some wipe down the room. I had to clean out my own jacuzzi because it was hair, dirt and product in it. I was offered a refund but only if I left that day early which I didn’t want to after my long drive.

The pool was heated. And the pillows and beds were really comfy.

The pool was real dirty the second day, couldn't even see the floor it was so foggy, and there was so much chlorine the second day my skin burned when I got out. When I arrived booking , the app, made booking the room a headache I need to get a refund because I ended up having to pay onsite. The room I was in was _38, but it wasn't next to _37 or _40, it was all the way at the end of the hall next to 43 and the front desk didn't have the courtesy to give a heads up to say the room werent in numerical order, so it was a hastle up untile I finally settled in.

Checkered room conditions. Getting a satisfactory room is a roll of the dice. Breakfast isn't a guarantee. For a breakfast included hotel, it's quite disappointing.

How I was able to hear everything from the room next door.

It was clean enough, the bed was comfortable, the room was spartan but met my needs for a two day stay in the area perfectly.

I had to forcibly close my door in order for the latch to activate properly. Breakfast was limited in options, but it was there.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly front desk check.in/check out staff. The breakfast was pretty good too. Our stay was nice and quiet.

Need extra carts for people to use to take their baggage upstairs. Usually have to wait for awhile and search the floors to find the baggage carts.

There were crickets under my bed and my floor was really dirty.

Bed was comfortable and clean which was the only okay thing about the whole stay.

Everything was horrible. The property is not well kept and staff are not properly trained or informed. I got injured in ther property from a large hold in there parking lot that was not visiblely marked. Had to demand an incident report due to them not wanting to provide one. When requesting first aid they said there is none on the property and that they only have the option of calling 911. No first aid kits on property. Staff was not trained on what to do when someone gets her at property. Ankle twisted, both knees busted open with blood, elbow fractured all from there poorly lit parking lot with a huge while not marked. Hole had been there for a while due to weeds growing in it. When in the room randomly almost every 2 hours our so a pounding nose would happen sounds like some one was outside the window but we were on the 3rd floor. When checking door there was no one outside. Booked to pay at the check in of hotel. Wanted to put on my credit card. I book to hold the hotel with my debit. They canceled my hotel stay when they tried to charge my debit card before we got there to check in. No notice or request for card update. I called right after my card declined and asked if I can provide over the phone my credit card. They said no and that there policy is that if card is ran before check in that if declined they immediately cancel hotel reservation. Said I would have to rebook it at what ever rate is now available. Booking.com showed them as sold out so no way to rebook. I asked for a manager and she said they will hold a room but that booking.com is incorrect they do not allow for the option to pay at check in. They require a full payment the day before the reservation.

The breakfast was meager. My wife tried one of the sausages and spit out 1/2 and threw away the other half.

Room had not been cleaned thoroughly. A lot of crumbs and other small pieces of debris around the edges of the room. Main elevator wasn't working, had to carry luggage all the way to the end of an extremely long hallway to get to a working elevator.

The location was okay it was quiet.the guest in the pool was too much none of us got to swim.the rooms looked clean but smelled like urine and the blanket we got sent to our room smelled like it hadn’t been washed.the freezer didn’t keep anything frozen and the beds were so hard.a lot of stuff was out of order and the breakfast was okay would've been better if they served eggs with the sausage instead of half cooked tater tots.

Walls are very thin kids ran through the hallway late nights to early morning towels smells like weed floors were half cleaned I would not be back at this location.

Charged me for staying here for a reservation and I never checked in!
