Beautiful location downtown Austin and within walking distance of 2nd Street District and many restaurants. Short ride to Austin Airport. Room was beautiful and was equipped with Nespresso Machine, complimentary water and fridge. Clean sheets and towels- just lovely. Front desk was super friendly, AJ took great care of me and even remembered my name (I came for a conference with 500+ people). Overall A+

The hotel store didn’t sell contact solution. FYI - that is a common item people forget/need.
The front desk didn’t sell stamps!
The concierge went on a long break - no back up person
The bathroom door didn’t close - was a sliding door. Also the light came through the door so at night when someone got up
To use the bathroom it woke us up - terrible design
