Nice, clean, helpful staff, comfortable beds
We had no water in the room and having room downstairs we could hear all motion from the room above us.

The breakfast was excellent. Reminded us of breakfasts in hotels and hostels in Scandinavia. The beds were extremely comfortable - really excellent. Great place for dogs (grass, treats).
Room was pretty dark. Clean and great beds, but very basic. Price seemed a bit high given the room, but breakfast and nice yard and common room made up for it.

Location was good, near downtown Northampton. The bed was comfortable. We had a suite which was nice. The staff was good and helpful.
The room/facilities were tired and showing their age. Our room was on the street side so noise forced us to shut the windows at night. The continental breakfast was meager at best.
