The staff was professional and helpful. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do during our visit. It’s an easy walk to downtown if you’re so inclined.

Convenient location for visiting Northampton and surrounding towns. Room was clean , easy self parking and breakfast was very good. Only drawback was there was no hand lotion in the room and had to request it from the front desk. I was told at the front desk that the hand lotion is no longer routinely supplied in the rooms.

We stopped for an overnight and quick bike ride. When we arrived it was mid 90s..too hot to ride and the hotel let us check in early! Room was large and comfortable..bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Since we were biking in the morning, we checked out and they allowed us to leave car in hotel lot until later. Very close to the Manhan RailTrail.
