I was disappointed for what I paid

It was a big rooom

Refrigerator didn’t work and shower sliding door wouldn’t stay shut. We heard other people in other rooms and in the hall.

O-H-I loved it here.

The staff was amazing. Check-in gave us a lovely, clean room on the top floor with the river view. Beds comfy and clean. Our daughter got sick in the middle of the night and the man on duty came straight up with fresh linens for us. Shower had amazing pressure and heat, even on the top floor. Breakfast was fully stocked and hot. Wonderfully located by the college without being too busy to get in and out. Plenty of food options nearby for dinners. Lots of parking. Would 100% stay again.

Only one of two elevators were working, so wait time and capacity fullness in the morning was truly the only issue.

The air conditioning you could not turn down below 68 and for the price of $184 a night. You should be able to adjust air condition on what you want.

A great place for an over night stay

The room was very clean .and Tyler at the front desk was so helpful fro. pillows for the sleeper sofa to being so kind to print off our zoo tickets

Only 2 issues we could even find wrong was the eating area has some seats which make it hard for handicapped people to get back up from the tables and the 2nd elevator has over heated so only one elevator for entire property

Breakfast was great but staff(man that worked breakfast area)was beyond rude. The tone he used towards us and other guests was very embarrassing. Other than that all else was amazing.

Location

Devices charging was connected to a mystery wall switch that had to be on along with room light. And even after replacing the remote for the TV, could not turn the TV on. Plus the WiFi took forever to connect, had to get help from staff.

Was centrally located to areas i was visiting Not a big fan of turkey sausage but no big deal just a personal preference

Asked front desk clerk to have conditioner refilled in shower dont know if it was done because it still didnt work, could have been a broken canister I did like having the canisters much better than those little bottles.

Not for light sleepers

Location was great and it was clean.

You could hear every noise throughout the hotel at night. We were not even near the elevators but we heard them loud and clear. Doors opening and closing in the hallway. The door was closed but the light from the hallway was coming in through the gaps so I'm not sure if that's why the noise was so bad but it kept us up all night. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and thin with rust stains on the mattress. We travel alot and it's not very often I leave a review like this. It may be the lack of sleep but I had to put it out there.
