Friendly staff, clean but small room. Comfortable bed

There was a snow storm and we were put on the last room on the end. The only elevators were in the center of the motel, All rooms have an outside room entrance. So it was a long very cold walk to get to the room.

Decent hotel for the price and location.

The room was clean and quiet. We were on the 3rd floor. Close to OSU stadium. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Charged fifty dollars for damage amenities yet tv and wi-fi didn't work

Bargain hotel. I’m not sure I would stay again, but it was reasonable for what we paid, I guess.

Our room looked very nice. It was clearly redone recently. It was a great location, and much better rate than other hotels in the area. The staff was nice enough, and Jonathan is a super positive, Lovely person.

There were very strong fumes in our room. I think the tiles were redone recently. Also, one of the nights we were there, we were interrupted in multiple times by screaming matches from other occupants. There seemed to be an issue with toilet paper as well. I stood in line for quite a while to get some, but I could only get one roll. So we ended up having to buy our own toilet paper while we were there. There seems to be a lot of people loitering around the property at night. None of them look like they were doing anything problematic in particular. But it was just kind of strange.

Newly remodeled rooms are really nice, but they're still working on remodeling management.

The room seemed newly remodeled. All of the furniture was clean and in nice condition, and the floors were laminate wood instead of carpet, which is fantastic. Very comfortable beds, too. The people we spoke with were very friendly.

We were only given about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and had to call down to get more, and the person at the desk said there wasn't anyone available to bring it to us, so we had to go get it from the office ourselves. Also, when we got to the hotel in the evening after our day out, our air conditioner had leaked a big puddle all over the floor. We called about this as well and there was no maintenance person available to fix it and no cleaning person available to help us with the mess. Also no empty rooms to move into. We cleaned it up ourselves, and then found out there were also no extra towels available to replace the ones we used on the floor, so we were short towels in the morning. I will say that the very kind woman at the desk offered me a discount, but her manager still hasn't called me to confirm it.

Worst hotel ever

Nothing it was awful

When we arrived at 6pm we were told our room wasn’t ready. Then we had a concert to go to so we had to get ready in our cars then go to the show. When we came back around 1130 they said they had overbooked and there were no rooms. We were not offered anything except that we could go to another red roof across town. There were no available Uber’s and we had been drinking at the show so didn’t want to drive. Plus that’s not where we booked! We ended up having to sleep on the floor of our friends room (which was horrifically dirty and dint have a working ac unit) then our car eventually due to it being so bad. The worst hotel ever. Now they aren’t even getting back to booking.com at to confirm these details so I can get refunded.

The room we stayed in had recently renovated. There were construction people working on other rooms. Updates were good and for the price good value.

The room was very clean

I had to change rooms because my TV would not work in the 1st room - I had to call the front desk 3 times about it and they finally came a couple hours later. Based on pictures of the hotel, it did not show that the rooms were entered through an outside door and not indoor. It took me 30 minutes or more to check in and to get any help at all because there was only 1 Staff member for everything during my entire stay.

The toilet overflowed. Had to ask for a plunger and towels. There weren't any extra towels in the room. The door to the bathroom wouldn't even close. The outlets got hot when trying to charge our phones.

Deceiving advertising

The location

The room has flies we were killing them for over an hour. The room smelled and the bathroom isn't made for tall people it's too small. The pillows aren't good it take 3 pillows together make a good pillow . I stepped in dog poop after getting off the elevator 😠 😡 I will spend the only next time to stay at a Hilton property .The sink kept getting stopped up and then it was a slow draining situation. Never again

Scary, Dirty, Rundown, Staff uninterested

There wasn't anything to like about the place

The second bed had cigarette burns on the comforter even though it was a 100% no-smoking room, the toilet roll holder is broken, the chair had holes in the leather, furniture scuffed. Some Pillows were stained yellow. I had to connect the cable wires to the tv and cable box which was found behind the drawers in the dresser. The microwave was dirty. The parking lot had a sign to park at your own risk and door said items stolen in the room are not the responsibility of the hotel, so I didn't feel super safe there. The staff didn't seem thrilled to be there and offered no explanations of amenities or instructions. I was there because my brother is in the ICU so I didn't spend much time in the room and didn't seek to waste my time complaining to the uninterested staff. instead of extending, I paid $10 more a night to stay at the Marriot which was closer to the hospital.
