Villa La Fontana is located on a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and has a garden with old trees. secular trees such as cedars and pine trees and flower beds make up the large garden. In a very sunny corner is located the swimming pool. This beautiful building is a frame for nature and the surrounding rural landscape. The house is on the hills near Tuscany, 210 slm, between Castiglione del Lago and Cortona in Tuscany, a short distance from Florence, Rome, Siena, Perugia and Assisi.
A former villa of 1800 with original art nouveau antique furniture and wooden ceilings, or paintings, the majority of the rooms or terraces you have a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
In front of the house and on the sides there are tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe. Barbecue and an old brick oven pizza are near the house, also billiard and table tennis are available for use.
A large swimming pool (12 x 6 m.) Is available to guests.
